check cucumber, chopped 3/4 cup cucumber, chopped

check garlic, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped

small amount of grated onion, (for the juice of the onion)

check low fat mayonnaise 6 Tablespoons low fat mayonnaise

check ketchup 3 Tablespoons ketchup

check cooked shrimp, chopped 1-1/2 to 2 lbs. cooked shrimp, chopped
