Ingredients

check penne pasta, uncooked 8 oz. penne pasta, uncooked

check Italian vegetables, cooked 1 lb. Italian vegetables, cooked

check cooked chicken, cut into strips 2 cups cooked chicken, cut into strips

check Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix 1 pack Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix

check chicken broth 3/4 cup chicken broth

check grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and combine with vegetables and chicken in a large skillet. Stir dressing packet into broth; pour over vegetable mixture. Cook and stir over low heat until hot. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
