Almond Bars

Ingredients

check eggs 4 eggs

check sugar 2 cups sugar

check butter, melted 1 cup butter, melted

check flour 2 cups flour

check almond extract 2 1/2 teaspoons almond extract

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until lemon colored. Add the butter, flour and almond extract; mix well. Spread into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
