Crisp Walnut Cookies

Ingredients

check yellow cake mix 1 pkg. yellow cake mix

check quick cooking oats 2 cup quick cooking oats

check sugar 1/2 cup sugar

check vegetable oil 1 cup vegetable oil

check eggs 3 eggs

check vanilla 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

check chopped walnuts 1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, oats and sugar. Beat in oil, eggs and vanilla. Stir in walnuts.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
