Cocoa Party Snack Mix

Yield: 10 cups

Ingredients

check butter 1/2 cup butter

check granulated sugar 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar

check unsweetened cocoa 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

check bite size wheat cereal squares 3 cups bite size wheat cereal squares

check toasted oat cereal rings 3 cups toasted oat cereal rings

check miniature pretzels 2 cups miniature pretzels

check salted peanuts 1 cup salted peanuts

check raisins 2 cups raisins

Directions:

Place butter in 4- quart bowl; microwave at HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted.

Stir in sugar and cocoa. Add cereals, pretzels and peanuts to butter mixture; stir until well coated. Microwave at HIGH 3 minutes, stirring every minute.

Stir in raisins; microwave HIGH 3 minutes, stirring every minute.

Cool completely. Store at room temperature in airtight container.
