Ingredients

check beef roast 3 lb. beef roast

check oil 2 tablespoons oil

check onion, chopped 1 onion, chopped

check celery, chopped 1 stalk celery, chopped

check salt and pepper to taste salt and pepper to taste

check ketchup 1 cup ketchup

check lemon juice 2 tablespoons lemon juice

check brown sugar 2 tablespoons brown sugar

check Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

check dry mustard 2 tablespoons dry mustard

check hamburger buns or kaiser rolls hamburger buns or kaiser rolls

Directions:

Cook roast, oil, onion, celery, salt and pepper in pressure cooker according to pressure cooker specifications. Cook roast until very well done. Break apart with fork. Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir until well mixed and heated through. Serve on buns.
