Ingredients

Add pumpernickel cocktail bread to shopping list 18 slices pumpernickel cocktail bread

Add cream cheese, softened to shopping list 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened

Add red onion, chopped to shopping list 3 tablespoons red onion, chopped

Add capers, drained to shopping list 2 tablespoons capers, drained

Add salmon lox to shopping list 18 slices salmon lox

Add red bell pepper, chopped to shopping list 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped

Add fresh dill weed, chopped to shopping list fresh dill weed, chopped

Directions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place bread slices on cookie sheet. Bake 4-5 minutes or until crisp. Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese. Tip with onion, capers, lox and bell peppers. Sprinkle with dill weed.
