Add (10 inch) flour tortillas, warmed to shopping list

Directions:
In a bowl, combine eggs, green chilis, onion, salsa, salt, pepper and garlic. Add chips and beef; mix well. Shape into eight patties. Pan-fry, grill or broil until no longer pink. Wrap burgers and desired toppings in tortillas.
