Orange Cream Cheese Spread

Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients

Add (8 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened to shopping list 1 package (8 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened

Add granulated sugar to shopping list 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Add vanilla extract to shopping list 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Add orange zest to shopping list 1 teaspoon orange zest

Directions:

In a bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and orange zest. Beat all ingredients until smooth.

Spread over toast or crackers.

Store in refrigerator.
