Cauliflower Salad

Yield: 10 servings

Ingredients

Add large head cauliflower, broken into florets to shopping list 1 large head cauliflower, broken into florets

Add halved green grapes to shopping list 1 cup halved green grapes

Add coarsely chopped walnuts to shopping list 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Add mayonnaise to shopping list 1 cup mayonnaise

Add honey to shopping list 1/3 cup honey

Add prepared mustard to shopping list 1 Tablespoon prepared mustard

Directions:

In a large bowl, toss together cauliflower, grapes and walnuts.

Combine the mayonnaise, honey and mustard; pour over cauliflower mixture and stir to coat. Serve at once.
