Yield: about 12 servings

Ingredients

Add cream cheese, softened to shopping list 3 oz. cream cheese, softened

Add fig preserves to shopping list 3 tablespoons fig preserves

Add finely chopped pecans to shopping list 3 tablespoons finely chopped pecans

Add sliced cinnamon raisin bread to shopping list 6 sliced cinnamon raisin bread

Directions:

Toast bread slices. Whip softened cream cheese until creamy. Spread 3 slices of bread with cream cheese; sprinkle with pecans. Spread preserves on other 3 slices of bread and place on top of slices topped with cream cheese and nuts. Cut each sandwich into 4 fingers and place on serving tray.
