Creamy Pea Salad

Yield: 6-8 servings

Add (16 oz. ea) frozen peas, thawed to shopping list 2 pkgs. (16 oz. ea) frozen peas, thawed

Add diced cheddar cheese to shopping list 1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese

Add diced mozzarella cheese to shopping list 1/2 cup diced mozzarella cheese

Add medium onion, chopped to shopping list 1 medium onion, chopped

Add mayonnaise or salad dressing to shopping list 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

Add salt to taste to shopping list salt to taste

Add pepper to taste to shopping list pepper to taste

Add bacon strips, cooked and crumbled to shopping list 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

In a bowl, combine the peas, cheeses, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper; mix well.

Refrigerate until serving.

Sprinkle with bacon.
