Yield: 1 1/2 lb. loaf

Ingredients

Add + 2 tablespoons water to shopping list 1 cup + 2 tablespoons water

Add butter, softened to shopping list 2 tablespoons butter, softened

Add Gold Medal Bread Flour to shopping list 3 cups Gold Medal Bread Flour

Add dry milk to shopping list 3 tablespoons dry milk

Add sugar to shopping list 2 tablespoons sugar

Add salt to shopping list 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Add Fleischmann's bread machine yeast to shopping list 2 teaspoons Fleischmann's bread machine yeast

Directions:

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Basic/White cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
